Day 2

Well I am back...I didn't think I could do this, but I am going to!

I had my normal breakfast
Lunch I had Turkey Sand which on Wheat
Dinner I was bad and had a sonic cheese burger with out the bun and a couple tots and feed my mastiff the rest.

Exercise was keep minimal I did a mile and 1/2 at lunch in under 30 mins.

Day 1

I have been on this weight loss journey for a while now I have lost over 60 lbs and I know I have at least 70 more to go.  

My husband and I purchased one year membership to a local gym last month, paid for one year in advance plus we got one month extra for paying in advance.  Thankful it is 24 hours so that I can go in the evening since I work.

I don't promise to have my grammar correct by any means.  So if you see mistakes don't point them out.  I have to type perfectly 10 hours a day and this is my free time.  

For day 1 I did the following:

Breakfast: 2 eggs Scrambled with small amount of cheese

Lunch: left over grilled chicken breast I cooked the other night.

Dinner: 3 cups of lettuce cheese, black olives, ham, bacon bits, eggs and 2 tsp of ranch dressing; and 1/2 of Cantaloupe

Exercise: 1 mile in 20 mins; 40 mins on the stationary bike on Fitness program level 2; weights for 30 mins.
